Carolyn is a structured but adaptable change communication professional. Her strength lies in her ability to organise communication to meet business change requirements whilst understanding the people side of change. Her industry experience spans across Finance, Telecommunications, Retail, FMCG, Facilities Management and Construction. Her knowledge of internal communication covers the development of strategies, whilst following them up with operational and tactical plans. She has worked on the conceptualisation of an employee engagement model and places a large emphasis on the importance of leaders in communication and engagement. She supports leaders in having those rich and meaningful conversations.
